First day: Whether it is for a family outing or sport-level trekking, mountain biking will take you everywhere even if you don’t have « steel muscles »!
Discover the chance encounters, local « country » stories, enjoy the stroll… This program is open to all, no age limits.
Standing on the 5141 ft-high Mount Aigoual peak, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the Alps and the Mediterranean, and why not treat yourself to a beautiful sunrise as well!
From there, alone or accompanied by a team of professionals, you can roam trails before descending back gently towards the Meyrueis village.
Second day: you’ll follow the10 km canoe route across the famous Détroits (straits) and triumphantly finish in the Cirque des Baumes, where you’ll retrieve your vehicle.
Renting of canoe and accessories (vests, can, paddles) is necessary for a safe descent. You’ll be provided with a picnic by the Gîte de La Draille the morning before you leave.
